Chinese Startup Horizon Robotics Is Building Chips To Power Artificial Intelligence

The race to build artificial intelligence (AI) computing chips ramps up. Last month Google revealed the development of its new processor Tensor Processing Unit to accelerate this field and the chip will be used at its data centers.
